Conventional vacuum food bag & sous vide bags are produced through lamination, this uses a chemical agent to bond the different layers of material together to create the bag. When subjected to heat for prolonged periods there is a chance the chemical agents in the laminated material may be released. Our vacuum bags are produced using co-extrusion meaning there is no chemical agent used and eliminating the risk of contamination. All our vacuum bags and Sous Vide bags are FDA certified food safe.
We offer our bags in either ready to use sachets or in rolls.
Printing on the bags can be up to 8 colours. We offer two types of ink printing: flexo or gravure.
Bag sizes and printing designs are usually custom made according to our customer’s specification.
